We only accept refund and cancellation requests that are made in accordance with this Policy. We are not obligated to allow any other cancellations, exchanges, returns or refund any other payment, except in accordance with our policies.
www.archlancer.com is a unique and premier platform for architects, contractors and builders to work on projects on a global scale as freelancers working for clients around the globe. The terms and conditions for refunds and settling of disputes between Users are enunciated herein.
In the event a client and a freelancer have a dispute the Website shall function as an arbitrator and settle the dispute expediently on a case to case basis. The Website may, at its sole discretion, decide whether a dispute is valid or not. Accordingly the Website shall make the full refund to the Client deducting any cost that might have been incurred either by the Freelancer or the Website/Company. All such refunds made shall be based on conversations from the chat sessions between the users and the users and the website/company.
Further transfer of funds from one Freelancer account to another shall be permissible if the Client decides to award the project to another Freelancer.
If the Website decides the dispute in favor of the freelancer, the amount due to such freelancer shall be deposited in his/her Website account. On the other hand, if the Website decides the dispute in favor of the client, the money escrowed with the Website shall be returned to the wallet of such a client. However a User may request the Archlancer team to transfer such refunded money to its bank account and Website shall, at its sole discretion, agree or disagree to the same.
Based on the decision of the Website, the money shall be deposited to the relevant account of the User within 5 working days of such dispute being settled by the Website.
No other return or refund requests shall be entertained.
